The Laboratory features modern computing facilities that include clusters of workstations with peripheral devices, as well as commercial and specialized software for off-line or real-time data-based modeling (identification), analysis, prediction, diagnosis, and control.

The Laboratory also features actuation (shakers, instrumented hammers) equipment, vibration and force sensing equipment, force control equipment, high precision Data Acquisition (DAQ) systems for multi-channel dynamic measurements, portable systems, Real Time (RT) data acquisition and control systems, and a number of prototype structures used for in-house studies.

Vibration and other types of measurements are often obtained on-site, using portable equipment, for automotive, railway, industrial, energy (like wind turbine), and other systems.

The Laboratory also maintains set-ups for feedback vibration control, servomotor control, and hydraulic control.
